Lynn has more than 25 years of experience in the window fashion industry. Being competitive in the window treatment industry requires continual education in order to stay versed in the ever-changing design and marketplace trends. Lynn achieves this by staying active in various professional conferences and trade shows.
Homeowners, designers, builders, and architects appreciate not only Lynn’s skills but also her sincerity and warmth as she works with them on their interior and exterior window treatment projects. She is passionate about her work and loves guiding her clients to the perfect window fashion solution. Paula Gonzales, Design Consultant
Paula utilizes her unique background in art, fashion, and design to provide our clients with innovative solutions to their window treatment needs. She has a passion to deliver excellent customer service with integrity and enthusiasm and enjoys helping customers select the products that will not only be functional but beautiful as well.
Melinda Henderson, Office Manager
Melinda loves helping our customers with various steps of the process. Whether answering inquiries, assisting at appointments, preparing and tracking orders, or working in our warehouse, she seeks to make your experience smooth and enjoyable. We love having Melinda on our team and know you’ll think the same when you interact with her.
Jamie Thomas, Lead Installer
​Jamie has excelled in construction and installation for over 35 years. He’s known for his superior craftsmanship of millwork with trim and cabinetry, and he applies this skill and his decades of experience to our clients’ installations. He also stays current with certification classes for this industry. Jamie will carefully and expertly install your products so that you can enjoy your beautiful selections for years to come!
James Holloway, Lead Installer
James has been a full-time installation professional since 2001. He has completed over 10,000 installation projects, ranging from small artwork installations to complex motorized shade systems. James holds installer certifications from the Custom Home Furnishings Academy, Somfy Systems, and Hunter Douglas.

This team handles our exterior installations with expertise and care. With decades of work in framing and custom home construction, we are lucky to have them on our team. Their attention to detail and meticulous work allows us to offer superior installation for our homeowners.
Lynn's Story
While an interior design student, Lynn took keen interest in how light control and fabrics could transform a room. Also while in college, a local professional spoke to a class about business ownership—and focused on one entity of design: Window Fashion. So at the age of 19, Lynn began to dream of one day establishing her own window fashions business. Seven years later, she founded what has become known today as Upstate Window Fashions.
Lynn's Family
Lynn and her husband, George, both grew up in Greenville, SC, a city they proudly call home. Lynn has two children, Mark and Elizabeth. Both her kids as well as Elizabeth’s husband, Anthony, also live in Greenville. And Lynn's family and office team wouldn't be complete without Ruby, our favorite Head Honcho.
George and Lynn love spending time with their family, hosting backyard cookouts, exploring Lake Keowee, and sharing in the lives where they attend church. And of course, Lynn loves servicing the Upstate and surrounding areas with custom window treatments and shutters!
